PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typical lead time for one of our products is 4-6 weeks from time of order.

CUSTOMS

Raven Wood products are currently available to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping costs are included in the final price for all of my products.

Your order will be flat-packed and padded for protection. Some products may be shipped in multiple boxes (ex: top and base).

Light assembly is required on some products and will include easy instructions. Typical assembly includes, attaching base to tabletop or installing drawers on tracks, if applicable. Hardware and support included.

Typical shipping time is 2-4 weeks and will include a tracking number. Your order will be delivered using white glove, threshold drop-off scheduled between you and our freight partners.
